With over two decades of experience in hospital administration and healthcare management, Mr. Rawat has been instrumental in steering the hospital towards new heights of success and recognition. Under his dynamic leadership, Fortis Memorial Research Institute has witnessed significant advancements in patient care, infrastructure, and service delivery. Mr. Rawat successfully turned around Fortis Hospital Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, into a top-performing facility through strategic initiatives such as launching new medical programs, driving cost optimization, and onboarding leading doctors in the industry.
